PROPOSALS MAY BE EMAILED TO SHELLY MCCLAIN AT shelly-mcclain@cherokee.org AND THE SUBJECT LINE MUST REFERENCE "RFP - LOAN SERVICES CONSULTANT" NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 12, 2019 BY 5:00 P.M. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
