- ***Award has been tentatively made to: SAFE QUAL. This award is pending a fully executed agreement. Award based on rating factors listed in Request for Proposal.*** The Quality Management Program within Health Services is responsible for quality assurance and risk management with the ongoing goal of continuous improvements across all aspects of an ISO 9001:2015 certified health system. The Nation is now requesting proposals from interested, qualified companies to provide a quality software system to support this endeavor. Proposals may be e-mailed to Shelly McClain at shelly-mcclain@cherokee.org and the subject line must reference “RFP – QUALITY SOFTWARE SYSTEM” no later than March 11, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. CST Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered and will not be considered for award. No responding party may withdraw their proposal within 90 days after proposal due date. ADDENDUM #01 POSTED 03/04/20
