The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for (2) New 2019 3/4 Ton 4x2 Crew Cab Gas Trucks with Service bed and (1) 2019 ¾ Ton 4x2 Crew Cab Gas Truck with Regular Bed according to attached specs provided in the RFB. TO BE CONSIDERED A RESPONSIVE/RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, THE MANDATORY BID REPONSE SHEET MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED Bids are due no later than 10:00 a.m. September 28th, 2018. To be considered a responsive/responsible bidder, the Mandatory Bid Response sheet must be fully completed. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The lowest most responsive, responsible bid will be the determining factor in awarding this bid based on The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation Policy and Procedure. The successful bidder will be issued a purchase order incorporating the bid response.
