- UPDATED BID DUE DATE TO JANUARY 27TH, 2021 BY 5PM Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work. Cherokee Nation Business is looking for a Turnkey bid package to disassemble and relocate the Carlisle Cabin from Gore and reassemble the cabin on the Sequoyah’s Cabin Museum Property. Moving the 18’ x 18’ 2 story Carlisle Cabin built in 1834 from Gore (445776 Highway 64 Terrace, Grove, OK.) to Sequoyah’s Cabin Museum (470288 OK 101, Sallisaw,OK.) Due to the issues with COVID-19 all bid package documents shall be filled out and e-mailed to Cherokee Nation Businesses at the following address: Cultura.88mp1xgb4z60yp77@u.box.com to be received no later than 5:00PM CST on December 27, 2020. Please notify Buyer, Amy Eubanks, when bid is sent so verification of receipt can be confirmed. There will NOT be a pre-bid meeting for this solicitation however, bidder(s) has the responsibility for inspection of all work sites, and familiarization with all conditions concerning the Work. Failure or neglect of the bidder to discharge this responsibility will not excuse nonperformance. Any proposal received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of proposals, or any proposal so received after the time set for opening of proposals, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the proposing firm submitting same. The bidder must supply all the information required by the Contract Documents.
