Detail: THERE IS A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the site. Bids are Due Friday, May 12, 2023 by 5:00 PM and are only accepted by emailing: SewerLi.0fmzi81lum81jaao@u.box.com Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking qualified Grading and Utility Contractors to provide labor and materials for the trenching and installation of a new sanitary sewer line and a water line for Corporate Buildings 1,2 and 3 in Catoosa, Oklahoma. The work will consist of: • Constructing the water and sewer lines in accordance with the design documents prepared by RK & Associates, PLC. • Contractor is to provide all labor to haul off unsuitable materials and vegetation not useable for backfill. • Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary for grading and repairs of sidewalks, drives, parking areas, disturbed areas, etc. • Area is to have proper compaction and bedding in order to minimize settlement. • Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. • Contractor is to provide adequate protection to buildings and existing utilities. • Contractor is to minimize damage to existing golf course driving range, fairways, and greens. The selected firm will work with Cherokee Nation Businesses Corporate Construction, and Cherokee Nation Entertainment Golf Maintenance on access or concerns as necessary. The fee is to be a lump sum cost. The cost is to be all-inclusive and is to be broken down into Labor and Materials. Drawings are shown in the attachments.
