Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for plant installation located at the Milam Home in Claremore, OK. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON JUNE 26TH, 2026 AT 11AM. The meeting will be held at the Milam residence in Claremore, OK 74017. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Manager Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be July 7th, 2026 at 4pm. Bids are due on July 9th, 2026 at 4pm CST Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Milam_H.y7380noc73lbidep@u.box.com . Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
