- Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and debris removal necessary to complete roofing replacement and roof repair work at the Dwight Mission site. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON NOVEMBER 16TH, 2026 AT 10AM . The meeting will be held at Dwight Mission. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Manager Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be December 1st, 2026 by 4pm. Bids are due on December 4th, 2026 at 4pm. All bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Dwight_.cbibhtudd9vfh1u1@u.box.com. Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
