The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma is accepting bids from interested parties for the construction of a New Sanitary Sewer Lift Station to service Cherokee Heights. The new force main will be constructed to the Town of Sportsmen Acres 8” gravity system along with modifications to the Town’s existing lift station. The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma will be given the option to multiple vendors based upon previous assigned projects and time. The Scope and specifications are included in the bid packet. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. The lowest most responsive, responsible bid will be the determining factor in awarding this bid based on The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation Policy and Procedure.
