  • These are some questions that have been asked as of 1/28/14 and the answers: 1. There are no Electrical or Plumbing drawings. There is a stub out for a Toilet and an electrical panel. Do we use original drawings? There is an electrical panel location identified on the drawings so you can use the electrical conduit path from the old drawing. The toilet stub out is just 5 feet from the building to be installed in the future, same as the water stub out. 2. There is an interior wall, we need a detail on what the wall is going to be? The wall is a metal stud framed wall from floor to deck ½ inch drywall on each side.
  • ELECTRICAL QUESTIONS AND ARCHITECTS RESPONSE: • What size is the new Electrical Service coming into the building? • Are there any specifications on the Panel? o On Page A1.0 the Note say Sleeve Electrical/ Sanitary Sewer/ Water for Future Service & Fixtures to 5’-0” beyond building as shown o On the scope of work it calls for conduit and wiring to be provided • Can you please verify what all of the requirements will be.
