Detail: Will Rogers Birthplace –IT Room and Coop 9501 E 380 Rd Oologah, OK 74053 Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment needed for the demolition of existing structure and the construction of a new building that will double as a chicken coop and IT/Surveillance room at the Will Rogers Birthplace property in Oologah, Oklahoma. The work will consist of: Demolition of the existing chicken coop/fire/storage building and the construction of a new structure that will house the IT and Surveillance, chicken coop, and storage area. • Contractor is to provide all labor and equipment necessary to demo and haul off existing chicken coop/fire room. • Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary to construct the new coop/IT and Surveillance/Storage building per drawings provided by CJC and Starr Design. • Contractor is to coordinate all IT and Surveillance items with Owner and submit proposed equipment for approval. • Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. • All utility disconnections/re-connections to be handled by Contractor if applicable. • Contractor is to provide adequate protection to buildings and existing utilities. • All concrete to be 3500 psi strength. • Contractor responsible for termite pre-treat. • Contractor is to re-sod areas disturbed by construction activities upon completion. Selected firm will work with Cherokee Nation Businesses Corporate Construction and Cherokee Nation Culture Tourism on access or concerns as necessary. Fees The fee is to be a lump sum cost. The cost is to be all inclusive and is to be broken down into Labor and Materials.
