- Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for replace of hail-damaged roofing systems at the Sequoyah Cabins museum site. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON AUGUST 12TH, 2026 AT 10AM. The meeting will be held at Sequoyah Cabins museum site. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Sr Buyer Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be on August 19th, 2026 by4pm. Bids are due on August 26th, 2026 by 4pm. All bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Seqouya.464wznij00x0dpd4@u.box.com . Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
