- Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and installation necessary to construct a new 70′ × 40′ metal post-frame shop and office building with 16-foot sidewalls. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON OCTOBER 23RD, 2026 AT 9:30AM. The meeting will be held at Cherokee Springs Golf Course. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Manager Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cnbglobal.com. The deadline for questions will be October 29th, 2026 by 4pm. Bids are due on November 6th, 2026 at 4pm. All bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address Golf_Co.13bol7dhhqcd5pv9@u.box.com . Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
