The legislation’s new home construction funding will help shorten wait times for current applicants under the Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation’s New Home Construction Program. Cherokee Nation Businesses (“CNB”) is Requesting for Qualifications from experienced firms to provide Construction Management Services. CNB seeks the services of qualified Construction Managers with expertise in all phases of the design and construction of affordable housing. Construction Management Services will be evaluated and selected to provide services within the Cherokee Nation Reservation. Contracts may be issued for one or more service providers. The selected firm shall have either in-house expertise, or qualified subconsultants, to provide the following services.
