Description: Bid for the Crittenden Housing Addition are being posted to this public bid website on behalf of the construction management firm, Maska Builders. TERO Preference will apply to this project. All details are included in the documents.
Detail: Addendum #2 added 5/10/23. (NOTE: New revised bid forms issued for each package and revised MEP drawings for each house type 1-4 added 5/10/2023, Please refer to Bidder's Book for additional information/ documents). Bid due date has been extended unit 5/18/2023 at 2:00 P.M. Addendum #1 added 5/1/23. Revised House Plans added 4/26/23. Project Manuel added 4/25/23. The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is working in conjunction with Maska Builders on the Crittenden Housing Addition in Stilwell. Bids will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian owned companies. To receive Indian Preference, the company must be certified with the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The TERO Certification must be included in the bid submittal. All information is in the provided documents, including the point of contact information at Maska Builders for inquiries. Pre-Bid Walk will be 5/4/23 at 2 PM. Bids are due 5/11/23 by 2 PM. All bids must be delivered as stated in the bid package by the stated date and time to be considered.
